How long will my Rakhi Edition order take to arrive?
Orders placed before 20 Aug ship in time for the festival with standard delivery. After that date, we recommend express shipping at checkout — reach out and we'll confirm the latest date for your pin code.
Can I get a piece customised or engraved?
Yes — initials, names, and small motifs can be added to most pieces. Mention what you'd like in the message form above, and we'll confirm feasibility and turnaround time within a day.
What's your returns and exchange policy?
Unworn pieces in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Personalised and engraved items are made to order and are final sale.
Do you offer wholesale or corporate gifting?
